This Policy is between you and Pooli, Inc., a California corporation, 705 Gold Lake Dr Ste 250, Folsom, CA 95630 ("Pooli," "we," "us," or "our"). Pooli Pro, Ask Pooli, and Pooli Local are products and services of Pooli, Inc.
This Policy covers goods Pooli ships, including test strips and other items included with a Pooli Club plan or a store order, and it sits alongside the refund rules for prepaid memberships in the Terms.
If the Australian Consumer Law applies to you, those rights override anything in this Policy that would reduce them. Remedies follow the Australia Addendum in the Terms. Any "no refunds" wording does not apply where the Australian Consumer Law provides a remedy.
Canceling Pooli Club or another plan, and any refund, follows the Terms.
Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver goods to the carrier, except where the law requires otherwise. Delays do not entitle you to a refund or end a membership.
If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or not at all, contact support@pooli.app within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos. We will replace the goods or refund the amount charged for them, at our option. Opened, used, or chemical products cannot be returned except where required by law. Do not handle a damaged or leaking chemical container without protection. Nothing in this Policy limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Pool and spa chemicals sold through Pooli are manufactured by third parties and are subject to the manufacturer's warranties and safety instructions. Certain products are hazardous materials and may be shipped only by ground, only to certain locations, or not at all. Store chemicals as directed on the label, out of reach of children and pets. Your use of chemical products is subject to the Assumption of Risk and Release in the Terms.
Local delivery is arranged with the service organization, as described in the Terms. Refunds and disputes for those deliveries are between the customer and that organization.
