This Policy is between you and Pooli, Inc., a California corporation, 705 Gold Lake Dr Ste 250, Folsom, CA 95630 ("Pooli," "we," "us," or "our"). Pooli Pro, Ask Pooli, and Pooli Local are products and services of Pooli, Inc.
Recommendations are guidance, not instructions. Pooli, including Ask Pooli and any automated or AI-generated responses, provides general information to help you maintain pool and spa water. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they depend on the test results and information you provide. Always read and follow the product label and the manufacturer's instructions, which control over any Pooli recommendation. Never mix chemicals, add chemicals while people are in the water, or exceed label dosages. Verify unusual results by retesting, and consult a qualified pool professional when in doubt. In an emergency or possible chemical exposure, call 911 or Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 (US). You are responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on this information.
Ask Pooli responses may be produced by an automated system. An automated response can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is not a statement that water is safe, it is not professional pool service, and it does not override the product label or the statement above.
Ask Pooli includes a community inside the Pooli app. Post only content you have the right to share. Do not post another person's private information. We may remove a post or suspend access for cause, including misuse, as described in the Terms.
Questions, messages, and photos you submit in Ask Pooli may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. What we collect and how we use it is described in the Privacy Policy.
