This Policy is between you and Pooli, Inc., a California corporation, 705 Gold Lake Dr Ste 250, Folsom, CA 95630 ("Pooli," "we," "us," or "our"). Pooli Pro, Ask Pooli, and Pooli Local are products and services of Pooli, Inc.
Pooli is an app providing tools, services, and calculators for the purpose of pool and spa care. We provide relevant, in-context recomendations for products that your water could use to become balanced. This Service is provided by Pooli, Inc. and is intended for use as is.
This document is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Data Processing
For activities such as login, shipping of goods, and for a better user experience, while using our
Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including
but not limited to email, phone number, user location, pool and spa information, products purchased,
pool and spa logs. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this
privacy policy.
The app does use Firebase Analytics and Google Cloud Services that may collect information used to identify you.
De-identified and Aggregate Data
Pooli may create and use de-identified and aggregated information (e.g., trends by region and time) for analytics, research, and commercial purposes. Pooli takes reasonable measures so this information cannot reasonably be linked to any individual or household, publicly commits to maintain and use it only in de-identified form, does not attempt to reidentify it, and requires recipients to do the same.
We use Google Analytics, including Google Analytics Advertising Features, and Meta Pixel / Facebook SDK and conversion measurement. We use Google Analytics, including Google Analytics Advertising Features and Meta Pixel / Facebook SDK and conversion measurement, on our website and in our apps. These tools use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information such as pages and screens viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and how you interact with our site and apps. Advertising partners, including Meta Platforms and Google, may use this information to measure our advertising and to show you more relevant ads across other sites and apps.
This may be considered a "sale" and "sharing" of personal information under California law. In the past 12 months we have shared the following categories of personal information with advertising partners, including Meta Platforms and Google: identifiers (cookie IDs, device advertising IDs, IP address, hashed email address); commercial information (purchase events); internet or app activity (pages and screens viewed, ad click IDs such as fbclid, fbp, fbc, gclid, gbraid, wbraid). We do not receive money in exchange for personal information.
We never use information that pool service companies store in Pooli Pro about their customers (such as homeowner names, addresses, service records, or photos) for advertising.
Your right to opt out. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time:
We will honor your request within 15 business days. You do not need an account to opt out.
Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.
Other choices. You can also limit use of your data through Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Meta Ad Preferences (https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences), Off-Facebook Activity in Meta Accounts Center, and your device's advertising ID settings.
Minors. We do not knowingly use the personal information of anyone under 16 for advertising.
Your California privacy rights. California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Requests can be made at support@pooli.app. We will verify your request using information associated with your account or interactions with us. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are a homeowner whose information was entered by your pool service company in Pooli Pro, we will forward your request to that company, which controls that information.
Do Not Track. Apart from Global Privacy Control, our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an
error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log
Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device
name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and
date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as
anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are
stored on your device's internal memory. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies as described in Advertising, Analytics, and Your Choices. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is
being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions
of this Service.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the
following reasons: * To facilitate our Service; * To provide the Service on our behalf; * To perform
Service-related services; or * To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. We want to inform
users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is
to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use
the information for any other purpose, except as described in Advertising, Analytics, and Your Choices.
Location Services
When using Pooli Local delivery features, we may collect and use your location data to help match you with nearby service organizations. This is an optional feature that requires your permission. Location data is used solely for proximity matching and is not retained beyond operational needs. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we
are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of
transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we
cannot guarantee its absolute security.

on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not
operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We
have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do
not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we
discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this
from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with
personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.
Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any
changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after
they are posted on this page.

If you use Ask Pooli, questions, messages, and photos you submit there may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response. See the Ask Pooli Policy.

Account Deletion
The app has an easy way to delete all your data. 1. Login to Pooli, 2. From Left drawer menu tap "Account", scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" to confirm deletion of your Pooli account data.
In addition to the automated method, for whatever reason you may request that the above mentioned personally identifiable information, or account data to be deleted at any time. Send a request to support@pooli.app, and we will delete your account within a reasonable amount of time, and most likely immediately.
