Pooli is an app providing tools, services, and calculators for the purpose of pool and spa care. We provide relevant, in-context recomendations for products that your water could use to become balanced. This SERVICE is provided by Pooli, Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

but not limited to email, phone number, user location, pool and spa information, products purchased,

The app does use Firebase Analytics and Google Cloud Services that may collect information used to identify you. We use Google Analytics Advertising Features to collect data about our users and their browsing activity. This data is collected through Google Advertising Cookies and First-Party Identifiers. This data may be used by us and third party vendors for various purposes, such as improving our services and content. Your privacy is important to us and we want to ensure that you are aware of the ways in which your data may be used. You can opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features at any time through Ads Settings, Ad Settings for Mobile Apps, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or any other available opt-out option provided by Google (for example, the NAI's consumer opt-out). Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an
error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log
Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device
name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and
date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Account Deletion
The app has an easy way to delete all your data. 1. Login to Pooli, 2. From Left drawer menu tap "Account", scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account" to confirm deletion of your Pooli account data.
In addition to the automated method, for whatever reason you may request that the above mentioned personally identifiable information, or account data to be deleted at any time. Send a request to support@pooli.app, and we will delete your account within a reasonable amount of time, and most likely immediately.
